Data backup

Data backup for android users

If you are an Android smartphone user, then you have to use your Gmail or Google account to backup your smartphone’s data. You must first go to your smartphone’s settings and search for the system option. You will get the option of data backup in the system option itself. There, you can backup data using your Gmail account.

If you have to take an individual backup of the contact, then go to your phone’s Settings option and tap on the Account option. After this, there will be a Sync option in the account, by tapping on which you will be able to sync your contact. After syncing the account, your entire contact will be synced to your Gmail account.

To take individual backup of photos and other data, you will have to go to your smartphone’s file manager or file option and tap on Google Drive to back up your files. In this way, you will be able to backup all your photos, videos and other important files.

Data backup for IOS users

If you are an iPhone user then you will be able to backup your smartphone’s data in iCloud. To back up data, you have to go to the Settings option and tap on your name. After this you have to go to iCloud Backup and tap on Turn On for daily backup. To back up immediately, you need to tap on Back Up Now. In this way the complete data backup of your smartphone will be done. If you want, you can also backup your contacts on your Gmail or Google Drive.

Factory Reset

After data backup, you must factory reset your smartphone. Exchange or sell your phone only after resetting the factory. To reset the smartphone to the factory, go to the phone’s Settings option and tap on the system. After tapping on the system you will get the option to reset the factory. In this, you will have to reset the factory by tapping on Erase All Data. In this way the linked account in your smartphone will be deleted and the phone will be without any data as before. After which if you exchange or sell this smartphone, then there is no risk of data loss from your phone.
