Previously, only Gmail was compatible, but now you can centralize your Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, and IMAP accounts in Outlook. Microsoft is introducing offline functionality in their Microsoft 365 roadmap, allowing users to perform various email tasks without an internet connection. This includes marking, moving, and deleting messages, as well as writing new ones. Additional offline features such as reading emails, checking calendars, and viewing contact details are also in the works. These features are set to be rolled out by October this year. To stay updated, users can simply click on the bulb-shaped icon next to the settings in the Outlook app for Windows. This will provide a list of recent updates and additions.
