AirTag 2 can be equipped with an Ultra Wideband U2 chip and become part of Apple’s space computing ecosystem.
According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple distributors will begin the generation of AirTag mass production of the next from the fourth quarter of 2024. More than 3 years ago, the first AirTag was introduced to the market, the listed price was $29.
Kuo revealed that the new AirTag model will be compatible with the Vision Pro glasses recently introduced by Apple, integrated as part of the company’s space computing ecosystem.
