Android 15 helps solve the problem of lack of memory on the device

Android 15 is introducing a new feature called App Archiving, which will allow users to archive their apps instead of deleting them when they need more storage on their smartphones.

This feature is already available on the Google Play Store, but with Android 15, it will be integrated into the system. The Archiving option will significantly reduce the app size, making it easy for users to restore the app without reconfiguring it

Additionally, App Archiving will also automatically archive less frequently used apps. If a user activates the “Manage app if unused” option, it will delete unwanted notifications and permissions from the app. Although the feature is currently available in the beta version of Android 14 QPR2, it is expected to be available to everyone upon the release of Android 15.
