Apple announced the launch date of the iPhone 15

Apple has just officially confirmed that its next event, where the company plans to announce the new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch series, will take place next month.

According to PhoneArena, the company’s website says the event will take place on September 12 at Apple Park, starting at 10 a.m. (US time). The event will be streamed live on apple.com as well as the Apple TV app.

The tagline for the event is Wonderlust, while the invitation features an apple in blue and gray, which are said to be the new colors the company has planned for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. The duo are said to have titanium frames instead of stainless steel, making them 7-8% lighter than their respective predecessors. They are also expected to eliminate the on/off button with a programmable Action button.

The iPhone 15 Pro series may also come with a new 3nm chip that helps operate faster and save more power than current models. alone The iPhone 15 Pro Max will feature a new periscope camera for a larger zoom range and could make it the smartphone with the best camera in 2023. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to have Dynamic Island and a 48MP main camera.

All members of the iPhone 15 family will have USB-C ports as well as thinner bezels, soft corners, and larger protruding cameras. The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus models will stay the same price as last year, while the Pro models cost up to $200 more. According to the report, the iPhone 15 series will hit shelves on September 22 in some markets.

In terms of watches, Apple is expected to announce Watch Series 9 the second-generation and Watch Ultra. The new wearables seem like upgrades in terms of power, with the new chip arguably the most notable improvement.
