Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile officially has a release date

Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will officially launch in March on iOS and Android.

According to Engadget, one of the most popular PC and console games is finally preparing to be available on smartphones or tablets. Accordingly, Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will officially launch on iOS and Android devices worldwide on March 21

The official Call of Duty blog has also been supplemented with information about the mobile version of Activision’s free battle royale first-person shooter. Specifically, the game will support up to 120 players in online battles. Players will be unleashed on two classic Warzone maps, Verdansk and Rebirth Island. In addition, regular multiplayer maps such as Shipment, Scrapyard, and Shoot House will also be available in Warzone Mobile. Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination, etc. modes will also be supported for these maps.

If you play the console and PC versions of Call of Duty: Warzone or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, players will be able to share progress and experience with those games while playing Warzone Mobile, and vice versa. This also applies to weapon upgrades and general Battle Pass progression.

Activision will also provide controller support for Warzone Mobile along with many customizations to the game’s controls: “Almost every element in the console is customizable to taste, including tweaks Detailed HUD, detailed controller settings, and graphics options that prioritize performance, graphics, or a balanced combination.”

The game was developed by several publisher studios worldwide such as Activision Shanghai Studio, Beenox, Digital Legends, and Solid State Studios.

Currently, the game is available for pre-registration on iOS and Android. Pre-registers will receive some exclusive in-game items when the game launches. These include two new weapons and a Ghost: Condemmed character skin.

Activision previously partnered with TiMi Studio to release Call of Duty: Mobile in 2019. Although the mobile game is still being updated, it looks like Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will get a lot of attention from now on
