Cyberpunk 2077 is coming soon. A few weeks before its arrival, CD Projekt has just released information that should be of interest to anyone looking to purchase the game. Following the same approach as The Wither 3, the publisher offers free DLC.
2020 will have plenty of unpleasant surprises in store for us, but the end of the year promises to be more exciting, especially for gamers. Cyberpunk 2077, the new title from CD Projekt is one of the most anticipated games of the year. It arrives on PS4, Xbox One, and on PC on November 19, then in stride on PS5 and Xbox Series X. As a reminder, the precise release dates of the new consoles are still not known.
Free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077
When asked by a fan on twitter whether Cyberpunk 2077 DLC like The Witcher 3 is free, CD Projekt answered yes. Hence, new additional content enriches the game, but you don’t have to pay a penny to download it. We still don’t know the nature of the various DLCs in the game as information about them hasn’t been released yet. However, they need to be distinguished from extensions that actually deliver results.
Back in April, the studio confirmed that Cybertrunk 2077 has evolved over time with the arrival of expansions that will provide gamers with the ability to explore new adventures. They will be similar to those of The Witcher 3 which recently received a port to Nintendo Switch, in this case the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions. But unlike the DLC you will have to put your hand in your pocket. If the studio maintains its pricing approach, these extensions should be offered at around thirty euros.
Cyberpunk 2077 is an action-RPG game with a first-person vs. 3rd person view for The Witcher 3. The two games are only similar in type. Cyberpunk will immerse the player in a futuristic science-fiction universe as opposed to the medieval fantasy world in which Geralt de Riv evolves. See you on November 19 to find out on all platforms.
