Epic Games Store is giving away two new games for free

It has been reported that the free games that will be available on the Epic Games Store next week have been revealed.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and The Bridge will be free on Epic’s PC platform from March 14 – 21, according to VGC.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is a thrilling cyberpunk action role-playing game that puts players in the shoes of Adam Jensen, a secret agent with impressive technological implants. His mission is to take down the Illuminati, a mysterious organization conspiring to control the future of humanity.

“The Bridge” is an innovative 2D logic puzzle game that challenges players to rethink the laws of physics and perspective. It’s like a fusion of Isaac Newton’s discoveries and the artwork of MC Escher. In the game, you take on the role of a character who must navigate through mind-bending architecture by manipulating gravity, effectively turning the ceiling into a floor. You’ll explore a variety of increasingly challenging worlds, each with its unique details, providing players with a great sense of intellectual accomplishment.

Astro Duel 2, a recently released game for PC and Nintendo Switch, is currently available for free on the Epic Games Store until March 14. Both games will replace it.

The European Union (EU) is investigating Apple’s termination of Epic Games’ developer account which prevented the Fortnite developer from publishing the game and its online store on iOS devices in Europe.

Epic reported that in 2023, the Epic Games Store had over 270 million customers and 75 million monthly active users in December. The players spent $950 million on the Epic Games Store last year, out of which $310 million was spent on third-party PC games.

To date, the Epic Games Store has given away 86 free games in 2023, which is a decrease from the 99 games given away in 2022. The total value of these games was $2,055, and users received nearly 586 million free game downloads, which is a decrease from the 700 million downloads in 2022.
