Galaxy S24 users start receiving One UI 6.1.1 update

The One UI 6.1.1 update, which was initially released for the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6, is now being rolled out to the popular Galaxy S24 series. However, at present, the update is only available for Galaxy S24 users in Korea. Samsung has assured that the update will soon be extended to Galaxy S24 users in other markets. The update weighs approximately 2.8 GB and carries the version number S92xNKSU3AXH7.

Samsung has also announced that One UI 6.1.1 will soon be available for the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 in the coming days. With this update, Galaxy S24 users will gain access to the artificial intelligence features introduced by Samsung, such as Live Translate and Circle to Search, which were previously exclusive to Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6.

In addition to these AI features, One UI 6.1.1 introduces new apps like Sketch to Image, which enables users to add details to photos based on available inputs, and Portrait Studio for creating avatars, tailored for online use. Moreover, the update includes noteworthy features such as real-time translation for voice calls in various applications like WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and Google Meet, as well as the ability to record voice while taking notes and then convert it to text.

If you own a Galaxy S24 device, it is advisable to regularly check for the update, even if you are not in Korea, as Samsung is gradually rolling it out to other countries. To do this, go to Settings > Software Update and check for the update multiple times a week until it is available for your device.
