How to download and install the iOS 18 beta

Apple has announced iOS 18 with numerous enhancements to the Photos app and Messages. The official release is scheduled for next fall, but iPhone users can download it early if their devices are supported.

A developer beta of iOS 18 was released by Apple shortly after the operating system was announced. Public beta versions are expected to be available in July. It’s important to note that beta versions are still in testing and may contain bugs. However, if you’re eager to try out the latest software, you can follow the installation instructions to access them.

It’s essential to remember that the iOS 18 developer beta is designed for application programmers and other partners of Apple. These individuals receive the software before the public release to test their apps, incorporate new features, and address bugs.

Users who have installed the iOS developer beta have reported issues such as slow boot times, lagging and crashing applications, and faster battery drain. Therefore, it’s crucial to carefully consider these factors before deciding to install the software.
