On your Android device, go to Settings > Wireless & networks (more Networks)> VPN
Step 2: Add a new VPN Profile
Step 3: Enter Name, Type, Server address, and Save profile
Step 4: Select the newly created PPTP VPN profile
Step 5: Enter username/password and Connect
Step 6: Your Android device successfully connects to VPNBook server
