Anyone can see your personal Instagram account without your permission through this application. Explain that no one can see their profile without user permission if the profile is private on Instagram. In general, this application, named Ghosty, violates Instagram’s guidelines.

Although the Ghosty application can be seen on Instagram, the application is still available on the Google Play Store until the news is written.
