Intel just announced its latest GPUs, the Arc Pro A60 and Pro A60M, with a focus on desktop users.
According to Neowin, the company said that Arc Pro A60 targets the desktop and workstation segment; while Pro A60M is aimed at mobile computing systems, such as laptops. They are aimed at professionals with 12 GB of video memory (VRAM) and can support up to 4 displays with high dynamic range and Dolby Vision. These GPUs. offer 16 PCIe lanes with 384 GB/s memory bandwidth, 256 AI X Matrix Extension engines, and 16 ray tracing units
With the attributes mentioned, Intel says these GPUs are ideal for computer-aided design and modeling, AI inference tasks, and media processing in dedicated business environments.
Intel says it will release quarterly driver updates for both products to deliver optimized performance. They are also ISV certified by applications such as Autodesk 3DS Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Maya, Bentley MicroStation, Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS, Nemetscheck VectorWorks, PTC Creo, Siemens NX and Siemens Solid Edge.
