At the current Lenovo Innovation World 2024 event in Germany, Lenovo announced the latest additions to the Lenovo Yoga and Lenovo IdeaPad laptop lines, now integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) features.
The newly unveiled product lines include the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition, Yoga Pro 7, IdeaPad Slim 5, IdeaPad Slim 5, IdeaPad Slim 5x, and IdeaPad 5x 2-in-1. Notably, the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition boasts an Intel Evo Edition and is powered by an Intel Core Ultra processor (Series 2), featuring an 8-core hybrid processor and high-performance graphics (GPU) to deliver exceptional efficiency and a seamless experience during demanding tasks. Additionally, the NPU (neural processing unit) processor, with over 45 TOPS, accelerates AI-based applications and meets the robust computing needs of creators. With up to 32 GB 8,533 MHz RAM and 1 TB SSD storage, users can easily multitask and access large files swiftly.
On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad 5x 2-in-1 is a Copilot+ convertible PC equipped with an 8-core Snapdragon X Plus processor, ensuring performance across all modes. This device is an excellent choice for general users, offering AI-powered capabilities and performance assurance in all situations. With 16 GB of dual-channel LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB SSD storage, users can enjoy seamless multitasking and ample storage for documents.
The IdeaPad Slim 5x model is designed for portability, power, and durability, featuring the new 8-core Snapdragon for high productivity in demanding tasks. An optional 14-inch 16:10 WUXGA 60 Hz OLED display is available, delivering extreme color accuracy and impressive color contrast for designers and multimedia enthusiasts.
Lenovo’s new laptop models are expected to be available in the market in the second half of September.
