Microsoft launches Copilot exclusively for Android

Microsoft has launched the Copilot application exclusively for Android. It is currently available for users to download from Google Play.

Microsoft has launched the new Copilot app on Android, giving users one more way to interact with the artificial intelligence (AI) powered assistant and its inherent features. Discovered by @technosarusrex on X (formerly Twitter), the app is now available to download from the Google Play Store, and it hit the market about a week ago, according to Neowin.

The new Copilot app for Android looks similar to the Bing Chat app at first glance, allowing you to access the same chat features as on Windows. Additionally, you can use Copilot in Microsoft Edge browser for Android, SwiftKey, Skype

Copilot for Android supports many features that are already available on desktops. Users can ask complex questions, create images with DALL-E 3, draft documents or emails, or just have a casual conversation about anything. Additionally, the application also allows you to disable or enable GPT-4.

Microsoft describes the new app as improving user productivity with Copilot – an AI-powered conversational assistant.

The Microsoft Copilot app is currently only available on Android, but iOS users can still enjoy the same features through the Bing app.
