Opera Releases Special Browser For Cryptocurrency

Opera has just introduced a new specialized version, which is the beta version of Opera Crypto Browser Web3.

According to Digitnews, Opera Crypto Browser Web3 beta comes with built-in cryptocurrency wallets currently available for Windows, macOS, and Android, while an iOS version is expected to be released in the not-too-distant future. According to the developers, this new application is aimed at both experienced users and novices with cryptocurrencies.

With the help of a crypto browser, Opera plans to make it easier and more convenient to use decentralized apps (dapps), games, and the metaverse platform. The browser is equipped with a news and data aggregator called Crypto Corner with information about cryptocurrencies, including the latest events in the field, the price of crypto assets, profits… on the latest information thematic events, broadcasts, and podcasts are also available in Crypto Corner.

Opera Web3’s tools include access to decentralized exchanges, Web3-based NFTs, and gaming dapps, as well as built-in support for Telegram and Twitter where users can access it directly from the browser sidebar. The integrated wallet supports Ethereum in beta and will be compatible with major blockchain platforms in the future through partnerships with Polygon, Solana, Nervos, Celo, Unstoppable Domains, Handshake, ENS, and many more.

The wallet supports both safety standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, with promises to be available as soon as this first quarter. Users can purchase cryptocurrencies through the built-in remittance system, as well as directly exchange one cryptocurrency for another. In addition, users can check their crypto balances and transaction fees, as well as use the built-in NFT library.
