Over 1400 classic games are available on Xbox

The gaming community should probably thank Xbox boss Phil Spencer for the return of so many classic games.

According to VGC, the classic game streaming service Antstream Arcade is now available on the Xbox platform. According to the platform’s head, this is largely due to Xbox boss Phil Spencer’s respectable vision and partnership offer, as he wants to expand the gamer’s experience as well as preserve the classic games

Players will now be able to access a library of over 1400 classic games that work as native apps for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. The full list will feature 1470 games, with over 200 Amiga games, nearly 300 arcade games, 350+ C64 games, 50+ Mega Drive games, 40+ SNES games, and over 350 ZX Spectrum games.

Taking a look at some of the famous games on the service, you can see the presence of legendary game names such as Mortal Kombat, Metal Slug X, Earthworm Jim 2, Space Invaders, R-Type, and Robotron 2084.

Unlike the Antstream Arcade version available on PC and mobile, the Xbox version is a separate service and users will have to create a separate account to use it. The service costs 29.99 USD per year
