According to Insider Gaming, Sony’s PlayStation 5 (PS5) Pro console is headed for a release next year, specifically in November 2024.
Based on a new report from Key To Gaming, the PS5 Pro held demo events to showcase the upcoming hardware innovations, the new console codenamed ‘Project Trinity’. In addition, there are also some claims that the majority of game development studios will receive the development kit for the new machine by the end of November 2023
For now, the specifications of the PS5 Pro are still unknown. But according to leaked sources, the upcoming console is expected to have 18,000 MT/s memory and 30 WGP (workgroup processor).
Performance improvements for the PS5 include improved FPS rates, as well as better FPS stability at 4K resolution, 8K performance mode, and enhanced ray-tracing.
