Samsung pushes artificial intelligence into the Galaxy S24 series

Samsung has just revealed that its upcoming Exynos 2400 chipset will be enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, launching with the Galaxy S24 series.

Samsung Galaxy S24 will focus more on AI. This version is also equipped with the OneUI 6.1 operating system and the greatly improved Bixby virtual assistant, this will be “the largest AI update in history”, according to Gsmarena

It is expected that the Galaxy S24 smartphone will have the new Xclipse 940 GPU. The chip could be built on the new 4 nm LPP+ process and feature a 10-core CPU, with the main Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.1 GHz.

With speeds like that, combined with LPDDR5X RAM UFS 4.0 storage and the new Exynos 5300 modem, the Galaxy S24 series will certainly be impressively fast in all aspects, but we’ll have to wait until launch to know. More information and comparison with other competitors on the market.

Additionally, it’s likely that the specs of the Galaxy S24 phones won’t look much different from the 2023 versions, but they could upgrade to 13th-generation (M13) high-performance OLED displays. This type of screen is thinner and more energy efficient than the M12 screen on iPhone 15. Tipster Ice Universe has posted detailed specs of the S24 Ultra display with the same resolution and aspect ratio as the Galaxy S23 but significantly brighter.

One of the standout specifications of the Galaxy S24 series is the memory upgrade. Leaked information suggests that all models may start with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory. There could even be a 16GB RAM variant for the Ultra.

Besides, the Galaxy S24 may have a battery increased to 4,000 mAh. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S24 Plus may have the largest battery of any Plus model at 4,900 mAh, and the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s battery will be the same as all other Ultras at 5,000 mAh
