Turn off annoying ‘apply review’ notifications on iPhone, iPad, and Mac

By default, iPhones, iPads, and Macs allow apps to be sent notifications for reviews, and they’re sometimes annoying to users.

However, users can completely get rid of these annoying notifications by setting device settings as follows:

On iPhone and iPad

To turn off ratings and comments for apps downloaded from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, follow these steps:

· Go to Settings, find the App Store.

· Find and toggle off the option Rate & comment in-app .

On Mac devices

To turn off ratings and comments for apps downloaded from the App Store on computer devices models macOS (Mac mini, MacBook, iMac, or Mac Pro ), follow these steps:

· From the taskbar, open the tab App Store and go to Preferences

· Then, in the window that pops up, find and turn off the in-app rating & comments option .

After following the above steps, the “invite” notifications to review the app should no longer pop up out of nowhere.
