WhatsApp: two improvements planned for iPhone

WhatsApp version 2.21.71 welcomes two important improvements to the iPhone. The first has to do with the disappearance of the news and the second has to do with the visualization of the media in conversation.

iOS users get will better views of pictures and videos in conversations. Thumbnails are no longer square as they are now, but bigger to provide better visibility to the user without having to touch the photo or video for them. Extension.

The other novelty concerns ephemeral messages. For some time now, WhatsApp has been offering its users this feature which, once activated, deletes the messages received and read after 7 days. With the update, all the participants of a conversation will be able to modify the “Missing messages” parameter in the group, even if the administrators of the conversation will still be able to restrict the privileges of the participants via the parameter “Modify the information of the group ”.

If the read messages disappear after 7 days in conversations where the feature is activated, this is not the case for photos and videos automatically saved on the phones. The same goes for messages transferred to other conversations.
