Apple announced the next operating system, iOS 14, at WWDC 2020. This new operating system will soon be launched for the iPhone. The start screen was redesigned entirely on the new iOS 14. Features like the application library have also been added. On the redesigned home screen, users can group their applications. iPhone applications are automatically sorted in the application library. Apple has also made changes to its widgets. Users can now manage their widget sizes.

The next Apple device with the new iOS 14 will come to the market at the end of the year. Face-covering features and other age options have been added to Apple Memoji, as well as messages that can be sorted through fixed contacts. Users can also reply to any message online.

Picture-in-picture mode

Apple has also introduced a picture mode on the new iOS 14. This feature is now available on the iPad, which will now be available for iPhone users. When users perform tasks from the main screen using this feature, they can view videos in a small window.

Siri update

Updates also appear on AI Virtual Voice Assistance Siri for Apple devices. After users install the new iOS 14 on their device, they have a new Siri experience. After activating Siri, users can use it. On the new iOS 14, Siri can use the full screen mode of the user’s device. That said, if you want to add something to your screen, Siri can do it for you. Updates are also displayed on Apple Maps, CarPlay, and other functions.

App Clips

In the new iOS 14, users will get the new App Clips feature in the App Store. Through this feature, users will be able to see the preview about an app before installing it. Through this preview, users will be able to decide whether to install the app in the device or not. Speaking in easy language, you will be able to experience the app without installing it.
