EA’s Iron Man single game has begun to go into development with a series of positions posted.
According to PC Gamer, previously in September 2022, Electronic Arts (EA) announced that an Iron Man single game was in the preparatory stage of development. Now, according to some sources from Reddit, the game has officially entered the development process by a team working at EA Motive in Montreal (Canada), with the cooperation of Marvel.
It is known that the current development team of Iron Man has brought great success to Dead Space .
According to Motive’s job page, the studio is currently looking for a development director, senior game programmer, AI programmer, and sound programmer for Iron Man. This shows that the game is still in early production.
Development was led by Olivier Proulx, who was a senior producer’s Guardians of the Galaxy on Eidos-Montreal. Proulx is also the main producer of the single-player campaign mode in Marvel’s Avengers and previously served as a producer on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
EA has described the new game as an adventure with an original storyline that tells the history of Iron Man, conveying the complexity, charisma, and genius creativity of Tony Stark. It also seems that the game is also set up to differ from Marvel’s Avengers as much as possible.
