No developer account or workaround is required, users can simply sign up for and download the iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 public betas by visiting the Apple Beta Software Program portal.

Like all pre-release software, users are advised not to install the public beta versions of iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 on their primary device.
