Apple fixes some errors on iPhone with iOS 17.1.1

Apple has just officially released iOS 17.1.1, iPadOS 17.1.1 and watchOS 10.1.1 to compatible devices to fix some errors.

According to GSMArena , in addition to fixing some annoying errors for users that have been noted by Apple, the iOS 17.1.1 update as well as other versions do not bring new features.

Speaking of iOS 17.1.1, Apple’s announcement says it can fix an issue with incorrect snow display on the Weather widget’s lock screen. But perhaps more importantly, it resolves an issue with Apple Pay and other NFC features that some iPhone 15 users experienced after wireless charging in certain BMW and Toyota Supra models .

Some iPhone users have also previously reported various issues with Wi-Fi connections and sudden device shutdowns, however it’s unclear whether this update will fix those issues because Apple’s change log doesn’t mention them.

To update to iOS 17.1.1, users should open the Settings app > General > Software Update, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Meanwhile, watchOS 10.1.1 aims to fix an issue that could cause battery drain quickly for some Apple Watch users. There are also other important bug fixes that are not mentioned individually, so if you feel like your Apple Watch is not lasting as long on watchOS 10.1 as it did before, users should make sure to update it to the new version in time. The earliest.
