OpenAI leadership says they are releasing a version of ChatGPT for large enterprises.
According to OpenAI, the ChatGPT Enterprise edition offers greater security, privacy, and high-speed access to OpenAI’s technology than the other editions. Early clients include Block, Carlyle, and Estee Lauder Companies

Even so, OpenAI says ChatGPT Enterprise subscribers don’t need to sign up for Azure. OpenAI and Microsoft have previously introduced overlapping services, and it’s not clear how the two companies are competing for customers.
When asked if ChatGPT Enterprise competes with Microsoft in terms of customers, an OpenAI spokesperson said that “customers can choose which platform is right for their business”.
Like the consumer versions of OpenAI’s AI-powered chatbots, users can enter questions and receive written responses from ChatGPT Enterprise. This new tool includes unlimited use of OpenAI’s most powerful AI model, GPT-4. It also provides the ability to type longer questions. OpenAI has worked with more than 20 companies, from small startups to larger enterprises, with extensive AI experience to test ChatGPT Enterprise, according to Bloomberg.
