Xiaomi has launched its latest smartphone model, Civi 4 Pro, which boasts several impressive features such as a high-quality screen, a powerful processor, and a dual selfie camera. According to PhoneArena, Civi 4 Pro is the first smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip that Qualcomm recently announced. This chip offers many advanced features similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 but at a more affordable price.
The Civi 4 Pro features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with gently curved edges. It provides a resolution of 2,750 x 1,236 pixels (1.5K) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The screen supports a 240 Hz touch sampling rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ technology, and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The fingerprint sensor is located under the screen.
The Civi 4 Pro’s screen frame is thin, with 1.6mm on top, 2.02mm on the bottom, and 1.45mm on the sides. The cutout above the screen contains dual cameras, including a 32 MP sensor with a 78° viewing angle of 0 and f/2.0 aperture and a 32 MP sensor with a 100 viewing angle of 0 and f/2.4 aperture. This camera can record 4K video at 30 frames per second.
The main camera is located on the back of the case and is supported by a Leica Summilux lens (f/1.63) with optical image stabilization (OIS). The 50 MP Light Fusion 800 main sensor (f/1.98) and the 12 MP ultra-wide sensor (f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree viewing angle) are housed within a large circular module. The rear camera can record 4K videos at up to 60 frames per second.
Inside, the Civi 4 Pro is powered by a 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip with a clock speed of up to 3.2 GHz, combined with Adreno graphics. Users can choose between 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage. The 4,700 mAh battery supports 67W fast charging via USB-C 2.0 port.
The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro comes in black, green, blue, and pink. In China, the product is available at a starting price of 415 USD for the 12/256 GB version, while the highest price is 16/512 GB priced at 500 USD.
