According to Insider Gaming pirate game, the Skull and Bones have gone through what is arguably the strangest development cycle in gaming history. Accordingly, the development has dragged on for several years, and every time the release date approaches, it gets delayed. The most recent was the sixth delay in January 2023.
The constant delay of the release date has led many to believe that this ill-fated game will never reach the fans.
Despite those thoughts, Ubisoft is clearly still working hard on Skull and Bones behind closed doors and is constantly getting feedback from testers. Recently, the company revealed that there is a secret ‘improved version’ of Skull and Bones that has not been revealed to anyone, including test players.
Ubisoft has been making regular appearances in the media lately. The company has also just made the promise that there will be many game announcement events rolling out this year, including the release of mobile projects like The Division Resurgence and Rainbow Six Mobile.
However, Skull and Bones are still mysteriously buried, despite continuous development and investment from Ubisoft, but currently, the game is still ‘no sound’ and has not impressed anyone. Which fans?
